THE FIRST DOERNBECHER RELEASE BY AIR JORDAN
The Air Jordan 2 Retro Doernbecher Charity was traditionally designed by children from the Doernbecher hospital, and despite this fact the shoe was selling very well. Sneakers featured a black upper with green tones on the toe and ankle area.
Doernbecher Freestyle Program, established in 2007, gave a chance to patients from the hospital to design special colorways of classic Nike and Jordan Brand models. Since the beginning, at least once a year, Air Jordan releases a DB model, and all profits of its sales goes to support the hospital. Designer of this shoe was Sheridan Brenton. Looking at the photo of his work, we can say he did all right. Vibrant colors, exotic prints make this shoe look fantastic!
